The First 6 Steps
1. Practice StressBusters of your choice-routinely and regularly
2. Limit or omit alcohol consumption
3. Challenge yourself daily-puzzles, games... Try something New, even.
4. Put away the remote control-read a book. Try reading something that you would ordinarily not pick out
5. Connect with others- our relationships (people and animals) keep us focused
6. Learn something new daily, whether it is a new word or something bigger like a new language
