My Weight Loss Method-will it be Nutrisystem?

Whether you've got 10, 20, 30, 50 or more pounds to lose, you still have to decide just HOW you are going to do it. Of course, #1 'how' has to be a manner that is healthy. Those quick fixes you hear about? NOT healthy.

I looked at a variety of popular weight loss 'helpers' and decided to go with one of them. Let me begin by saying that I receive no payment from any of them. I make my choice because it is best for me. You'll make your choice because it is best for you. One method that I do not choose just might be your first choice.

So, here goes...
I looked at Nutrisystem. They advertise a lot on TV as does Jenny Craig, and my husbands gives me kind of sad looking eyes when he sees the weight loss victories. I'm not sure what he is thinking exactly, and I'm afraid to ask. Perhaps he is tired of hearing me complain about those lingering pounds.
