Many of us are emotional eaters. You may not even realize it until you write down what you are feeling when you eat. This will also make you stop and think before you eat. How many times have you reached for something to eat and gobbled it down before you even realize what you are doing? That is not eating about of hunger! So, what are your triggers? Anger, frustration, sadness, fatigue...?
