The time is here! Yes, it is time for change. Good change, bad change, it is all change and we don't have much control over it except how we respond. I'm trying to feel anxiety free and hope-full. Let's see how that goes!

What is the flu?

How is the flu spread?
When someone with the flu coughs or sneezes, tiny droplets with the flu virus go into the air and are inhaled by other people. YOu can also become infected by touching something with influenza virus on it (a telephone, for instance) and then touching their mouth, nose or eyes.
